At present, the annual production scale of communication cables is 2 million pairs of kilometers, with 700000 TEUs of data cables (Category 5, Super Category 5, Category 6, Super Category 6), 3 million core kilometers of ordinary optical cables, and 90000 kilometers of user optical cables (indoor optical cables, flexible optical cables, and leather line optical cables).
How to Ensure the Quality and Performance of Your Fiber Optic Cable?
We control the products quality from the raw material to the finish produts All the raw material should be tested to match the Rohs standard when they arrived at our manufacture.We control the quality during the producing process by advanced technology and equipments. We test the finished products according to the test standard. Approved by various professional optical and communication product institution , BL also conduct various in-house testing in its own Laboratory and Test Center. We also conduct test with special arrangement with the Chinese Government Ministry of Quality Supervision & Inspection Center of Optical Communication Products(QSICO).
Type test
Type test may be waived by submitting makerʼs certificate of the similar product performed in an internationally acknowledged independent test organization or laboratory. If type test should be performed, it will be carried out according to an extra type test procedure reached to an agreement between purchaser and manufacturer.
Routine test
The optical attenuation coefficient on all production cable lengths is measured according to IEC 60793-1-CIC (Back-scattering technique, OTDR). Standard single-mode fibers are measured at 1310nm and at 1550nm. Non-zero dispersion shifted single‒mode (NZDS) fibers are measured at 1550nm.
Factory test
Factory acceptance test is carried out on two samples per order in the presence of the customer or his representative. The requirements for quality characteristics are determined by relevant standards and agreed quality plans.
